WELLAND, Ontario, July 1, 2002 - ACTION Corporation today announced the launch of "GuestServe B&B", an innovative reservation tool for Niagara's bed and breakfast industry.

Building on its announcement last month of the affiliation with All Niagara Internet, ACTION Corporation has launched a B&B version of its GuestServe reservation system, said ACTION's President Paul Tomori.

All Niagara Internet is a website design and hosting firm in the Niagara region that established a venture project developing a portal for Niagara B&Bs called NiagaraBB.com. The affiliation linked ACTION's GuestServe platform to All Niagara Internet's roster of more than 50 B&B customers on its flagship portal website. ACTION also assumed immediate business management of All Niagara Internet, providing its suite of web-based business process tools to streamline accounting services, project management, time billing and more.

"With the integration of GuestServe B&B Edition, NiagaraBB.com will now do more than just showcase available lodgings in Niagara," explained Tomori. "It will also serve as a reservation management tool."

GuestServe B&B Edition is a simple to use, web-based software application. It is designed to provide property managers with the necessary tools to manage rates and availability for their accommodations, while allowing prospective guests to source suitable places to stay.
