WELLAND, Ontario, June 30, 2002 - ACTION Corporation announced today the affiliation with established local Bed and Breakfast website development firm All Niagara Internet.

The move will provide online reservation services to Niagara's small lodging marketplace, said ACTION Corporation President Paul Tomori.

The affiliation links ACTION's GuestServe platform to All Niagara Internet's roster of more than 50 B&B customers on its flagship portal website, NiagaraBB.com.

ACTION also commences immediate business management of All Niagara Internet, providing its suite of web-based business process tools to streamline accounting services, project management, time billing and more.

Last month, ACTION launched its GuestServe Hotel edition, a web-based "processing" of e-commerce transactions. GuestServe operates on a purely web-based model known as Application Service Providing (ASP). That is, hotel management logs in through an administrative screen to manage their rates and availability while guests log in through a hotel's front-end website in order to check availability and rates for a desired duration.

New reservations are handled by an online hopper, a concept unique to ACTION Corporation for managing online sales. The entire system is self-manageable by hotels and requires no ongoing tech support or assistance from ACTION. This new service requires no software installation and no special hardware.
