St. Catharines, Ontario, August 10, 2007 - On the wings of exceptional success of our GuestServe Reservations web-based software application, we proudly announce the launching of GuestServe Inc., a Federally-incorporated company.

"After seven years in our 'incubator', six of which we ran GuestServe as a commercial product, it was time to set GuestServe free to establish itself as a brand in its own right", says Paul Tomori, President of The ACTION Corporation and President of the newly formed GuestServe Inc.. The upper management of The ACTION Corporation assessed the opportunities available to us nationally and determined that a competitive advantage would be enjoyed by bringing more emphasis to the GuestServe brand. "We also desired to separate the revenue stream of our reservations product which has proven to play a dominant role in our strong growth over the years", Tomori says.

"Over the years, GuestServe has evolved in its structure through a constant pace of iterations and upgrades. This program has been hand-coded from the ground-up and is now constituted by dozens of data tables and over 100,000 lines of computer code. We have adapted our system to serve as an authentication platform for any number of user access levels, we have added Packaging modules, reservation Enhancer modules, Gift Certificate services, phone-facilitation, and we have created diversity in our customer usage across lodgings, tour companies, wineries, restaurants and destination marketing organizations. We are averaging $25 Million USD per year in transactions processed. This product has all the nuts and bolts needed to stand alone as a corporate entity", expands Tomori.

Both companies shall function from the same office and be served by the same technical staff, but we shall expand into 3rd. party contracts with related suppliers in the tourism industry that will not require us to co-mingle the business affairs of our website design and technologies division, The ACTION Corporation. This launch also allows us to expand our territorial prospects and to pursue business opportunities that might otherwise have proven burdensome or distracting for our established ACTION company.

"The decisions we make with GuestServe Inc. will give us more freedom to develop the product, assign a dedicated development team, establish sales initiatives and make other independent steps forward. With GuestServe, The ACTION Corporation has fulfilled a shining example of its primary mandate in conceptualizing and incubating web-based applications. In exchange for this divestiture, The ACTION Corporation shall enjoy a recurring long-term management fee for the ongoing role that it will play in hosting and managing certain aspects of the GuestServe Inc.'s affairs.
